Terms of Service:
1. Payment is typically requested after sketch is finished.
2. Major changes must be requested during the sketch or line art phase; if you want something changed later you will be charged.
3. Do not alter this art with AI (artificial intelligence) in any way.
4. Do not use this art for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or other cryptocurrency uses.
5. Do not use this art for the purpose of hate speech, bullying, or discrimination.
6. Commercial usage (e.g. merchandise) must be discussed prior, and will have additional fees attached. Youtube/Twitch assets do not count as commercial.
7. Refunds are allowed only up until the line art phase (unless there are extenuating circumstances.)
8. I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
9. I do not require credit for commissioned art, however if asked, please link back to me.
10. You may use the art however you see fit as long as it does not break prior rules.
11. I may use your commission as an example, for advertising, or to post on social media. If there is an issue with that, tell me.
12. Production time can take anywhere from a few days to a month. If I go over the expected timeline, you are entitled to a refund before it is finished.
