Terms of Service:
1. Payment is requested after sketch is finished (unless there are extenuating circumstances)
2. Major changes must be requested during the sketch or lineart phase; if you want something changed later you will be charged
3. Do not alter this art with AI (artificial intelligence) in any way
4. Do not use this art for NFTs or other cryptocurrency uses
5. Commercial usage (ex. merchandise) must be discussed prior, and will have additional fees attached
6. Refunds are allowed only up until the line art phase (unless there are extenuating circumstances)
7. I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason
8. You may use the art however you see fit as long as it does not break prior rules. However, you do not own the artwork, the intellectual property still belongs to me
9. I have the right to use your commission as examples, advertising, or to post it to social media. If there is an issue with that, tell me
10. Production time can take anywhere from a few days to a month. If I go over the expected timeline, you are entitled to a refund before it is finished
